Free childcare sessions
Term Time Only 2024-25
Dawn to Dusk Day Nursery (Maidstone) Ltd offer Term Time only funded sessions up to 15 hours per week for 2-year-olds and 30 hours per week for 3-year-olds. All children become eligible for Free Early Education(FEE) the term after they become 2, please see the table below for details. This means that you are able to attend the Nursery up to 5 days completely free of charge.

Day session – 9am to 3pm
Please note if your child attends the fully funded day session you will be asked to contribute to the cost of snacks and a healthy lunch. The cost of this is £5 per day.
Other ages may also be eligible for funding. Please check with the management team if you are unsure if your child is eligible.
Please note there is a limited number of funded sessions available. Places are offered on a first come first served with priority given to those in most need.

Important Points
Children can only attend the session time only. There is no option to do extra hours. If you need more than the sessional care offered please see details of the fees for Full Day Care.
If you feel you need care in the holidays, then again please select our Full Day Care which entitles your child to attend the nursery for 51 weeks of the year (we are closed between Christmas & the New Year).
